Cuba has reached an agreement on the reordering of its debt following a meeting in France with 14 creditor countries.
The Cuban delegation, headed by Deputy Prime Minister Ricardo Cabrisas, described the difficult economic situation of the island, highlighting the adverse effects of various factors, including the prolonged economic, commercial, and financial blockade imposed by the United States for more than six decades.
